High-pressure resin injection machine for CFRP, optimal for RTM molding

Ideal for RTM molding! This injection machine for CFRP can express carbon designs as they are.

The "High-Pressure Resin Injection Machine for CFRP" is a device that enables the molding of medium to large products as a result of shortened injection time through high-pressure injection. By switching the drive system from conventional hydraulic to electric servo, it achieves a clean and quiet operation. Each unit is integrated into an all-in-one design, making it easy to install in a compact space and relocate afterward. The high-pressure mixing of the resin eliminates the need for solvent cleaning in the mixing section. By adding an optional raw material tank unit, continuous molding is also possible. 【Features】 - Optimal for RTM molding - Clean and quiet design - Compact design - Usable not only as an experimental machine but also for mass production - No cleaning process required For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.

Introduction to L-RTM Molding Technology

L-RTM molding method suitable for large-sized, multi-structured, and lightweight molded products.

The "L-RTM molding method" involves laying a glass substrate in a CAVI type mold and covering it with a CORE type mold. It is then subjected to vacuum conditions for clamping, utilizing the suction force of the vacuum to inject resin. The resin is pushed in at low pressure using an injection machine, combined with the suction force from inside the mold to facilitate impregnation. This method allows for production without the need for conventional large-scale mold structures and heavy equipment, enabling simple mold and lightweight equipment production. 【Features】 ■ A wide variety of material selections are possible ■ Various structures can be molded as a single piece ■ Capable of producing large molded products ■ Suitable for small to medium production volumes ■ Reduced costs for mold production *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
